It has a charming round neck traced with pleated trims and a velvet bow, with a shirred bodice and long blouson sleeves that are gathered at the cuff for a voluminous effect. It has a longer-length floaty skirt that is fully lined with pure cotton and is kind to even the most delicate skin, finished with a stunning banded bodice. We recommended sizing up on smocked dresses that are elasticated at the front, for extra comfort and room to grow.
