Due to the use of multi-currency at La Coqueta International, we are unable to set fixed delivery rates for Rest of World. The delivery rate you pay is based on approximated rates converted by a daily FX rate, ensuring you get the best currency conversion on the day.

Our signature La Coqueta Gift Boxes are decorated with our iconic red and green stripe pattern and luxuriously tied with a red ribbon. All La Coqueta gift boxes are FSC-certified and fully recyclable. Gift boxes and totes are available on checkout.
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you wish to change an item, please return the original item and place an order for the item you wish to exchange it for.
If you are not perfectly satisfied with your items, we are happy to offer a full refund. Please note that all returns costs are the responsibility of the customer. If your item is faulty (i.e. received damaged or with a manufacturing fault) please contact email@example.com
All items must be returned in a new, unworn and unused condition with the original garment tags still attached, within 28 working days of receipt. All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain that you are keeping them. La Coqueta Limited will not accept returns of non-faulty products that have been worn, used and/or with garment tags removed. In such cases, the customer will be informed and the item(s) will be returned to the customer.
Please Note: All hair accessories, hats, tights and socks are final sale for hygiene reasons.
Please return your items by completing the returns form inside your parcel and please post back the item/s in appropriate packaging to ensure that it does not get damaged in transit.
We strongly advise that you use a signed-for-postal service to return the item as we are not able to refund for any orders that get lost in the post. Please also keep your proof of postage until we confirm that we have received the item.
Once the item has been approved for return and refund, we will credit the original purchaser’s debit/credit card for the sum paid minus postage costs, unless the item was faulty.

DPD Premier Delivery (UK Only)
If your order has been shipped via our DPD Premier Next Day delivery service, a returns label will be enclosed in your parcel for you to use to return your items. To return your items, please attach the label to the front of your parcel and drop your parcel off at one of DPD’s drop-off locations. Please make sure to keep the proof of postage receipt given at your local DPD shop in case this is needed by our team.
La Coqueta uses FEDEX to deliver all standard orders and DHL for all express orders. All orders come in a FSC certified kraft box or bag and are fully recyclable. Gift packaging is available at checkout.
If you have not chosen an alternative delivery date or option before delivery is attempted, we shall automatically request that your parcel be delivered on the next working day.
Once your order is placed we are unable to amend your order. If you would like to change your order you will need to cancel your order and place a new one.
If your order hasn't been dispatched from our third-party warehouse we can cancel and refund your order. If it has been dispatched you will need to send the order back to our warehouse to receive a full refund.
Import duties & taxes may apply on delivery depending on where you are located.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund local tax and duties paid at checkout on deliveries to EU countries because these are charged by local governments and paid on your behalf by La Coqueta. Certain countries have programmes that allow you to reclaim any local taxes and duties if you return goods, but you must apply to your local government or authority.

Please note that our discount codes only apply to full priced items, unless specified. Our WELCOME10 discount is only applicable to first time purchasers who have created an account with La Coqueta, you must be logged into your account for this to apply.
